MQL5 not linking to my broker

Can someone please advise why MQL5 isn't transferring funds to my trading account. I have been struggling for the past hour.
There is no way to transfer money from your MQL5 account to your trading account and the reason for this is written in your MQL5 top up page and in the down right corner of this website.
