About Community tab in Metatrader:

Make sure -

that you have Internet Explorer the latest version installed on your PC (I am having version 11);
that you are using the latest build of Metatrader,
that you are login to Community folder using your login - not your email; your login is rvdero (do not use email for login)
that your password is less than 10 characters (if your password is 10 or more characters - change this password; read this thread for information).
that you are having native password (not the one received via google or facebook).

If you are about to login to your trading account (demo or live/real) so we on the forum can not help you.
You should ask the broker for help.

Find Metatrader broker (there are a lot of Metatrader brokers, use google to find), and open the account according to their condition on their websites.
Try with demo first.
