Problem in copy trade

Hello,
I have a subscriber who started to follow my trades here on mql5, yesterday it was ok, but this evenings i opened a position on my account which wasn't copied in his account.  BTW the subscription is done correctly but copy trading doesn't work despite of using  mql5 VPS 

What is the problem ? Thanks

All the problems are written in Metatrader journal/logs, or in MQL5 VPS journals/logs in case you are using MQL5 VPS.

By the way, most often situation is related to mapping -

It is related to the mapping (and the mapping is the standard feature in Signal service).
