MT5 Freezing

 

MY MT5 is freezing with the Admiral Expert Advisor, amongst 2 others, after a recent update.


Message - 

"The command was not accepted for execution. Please ensure that Expert Advisors are enabled."

EAs ARE enabled...

Anyone else having this issue?


Used to work fine with the Admiral mini terminal, but not now...

 
Try tested in another terminal?

Windows 10 64 bit computer?
Close all the charts before switching between the brokers (between the trading accounts).
And do not use EA which is having the bug with freezing.

It is a W10 64 bit. It worked fine until a recent update was installed.

Only 1 Trading account, all EAs freeze the terminal.

 

I'm a glad I'm not the only one who experienced those freezing problems with the new MT builds. All problems started with build 2860. No improvements since.

Since 2875/2860: * Time until debugging starts <> 40 Seconds, whereby it needs 21 seconds to compile...

I hope that it is not global issue because I do not have this problem (and I am using EAs as well).
It may be related to the broker (price and charts are related to the brokers) or to the EAs.
