signal not copping , possible to refund

i have subcribe to a signal but its not coping, i contact with signal guy he say unsubcribe then i can get refund if not coping , 2 days already i didnot receive money

Thre are two ways to refund for signal subscription which I know:

If you cancel your subscription you will get a refund for the months, that haven't started yet.
