Signal problem

I have suscribed a signal provider. I made all the process accoring the available tutorials. Seems that the account is connected to the signal but none of the operations from the provider are being copied to my account. And in the journal I see this>

The log clearly states YOUR error:

2021.02 . 24 12 : 34 : 39.865 '1210066' : Signal - account in investor mode

You are using the "investor password", and for copying you must connect with the main password.
