MT4 to MT5

I have a simple MT4 EA (about 30 lines of code). Is there a program or wizard that can evaluate it and upgrade it to MT5?

I understand there are basic differences but such a small program should be easy to change?

30 lines is not a sign of "simple code" - very, very often it is a sign of "stupid and dangerous code, code in which there are no elementary checks."
