Problem getting indicator that I purchased

Purchased an Indicator. Purchase amount was withdrawn from my bank account. When I go to mql5 community area, I do not see indicator available for download. I cannot reach seller. How do I get refund or purchased item ?
 
How many days ago did you buy it?

(if you bought is several days ago under your profile/login as cpebach so this indicator should be written there with the numbers of activations).

Also if you cancel the indicator purchase within 7 days, without having activated it, you will also get a refund.

I've just been informed that a  cancellation is only available for: non-rent purchases made within 7 days and having 0 activations.
