Cant download ea from mql5 site or open "market" on mt4 app on mac

1.) Cant download ea for mt4 from mql5 website. when i click download, it asks if i have mt4, i click yes and nothing happens.

2.) I cant open "market" on the mt4 mac app, when i click on market its just a white screen

3.) cant log into mql5 community on mt4 app, when i click file and click "log into mql5 community" there is just a white screen

I have a mac on big sur. can anyone help?

I am not using Mac so I can not help much sorry.
There is the documentation about how to install MT4 on Mac so make sure you did everything in correct way: https://www.metatrader4.com/en/trading-platform/help/userguide/install_mac

• You can login to Community tab with your forum login (your forum login is lw25; do not use your email for login) and your forum password.

It is necessary to install the product directly from Metatrader.
