Reading a file from DLL

- Did you enable DLLs in the options?
- You do understand you will not be able to use the Market or most VPS?
- Put the file in the proper folder and just read it.

I used a DLL that I wrote a few years ago and now I cannot read a simple data file from the same DLL in MQ4. What has happened to MQ4.
Actually I am spending a lot of time and many other sample DLL file function also do not work neither - in this same forum.
I understand that there is a data folder now for a few years - but still no go!
Any help out there!
