I can't charge(Top up) my MQL balance right now.

I had the same problem. I turned out that it didn't accept my secure code (PIN code). After i changed my Secure Code to a new 6-digit number everything went through correctly.

There is no Paypal, but the Visa card decline issue has been resolved.
There was nothing wrong with MQL5.

Just repeat the robot-like answer.
Visa and Mastercard are not approved(declined by issuing bank) , PayPal is gone.
The service desk doesn't tell me why, it just tells me that PayPal is permanently unavailable.
The VPS expiration date is approaching right now, so I wonder what to do....
