default ATR indicator issue

Hi everyone this is my code to get the ATR value:

double ATR = NormalizeDouble(iATR(Symbol(),PERIOD_CURRENT,14,0),Digits);

when I print it the result value of that code is 0.0 even though I use double. I already check the ATR indicator itself from the chart and the result is somewhere 0.00078. Anyone knows why this is happened?

    5. Lot size must also be adjusted to a multiple of LotStep and check against min and max. If that is not a power of 1/10 then NormalizeDouble is wrong. Do it right.

    6. MathRound() and NormalizeDouble() are rounding in a different way. Make it explicit.
