PLS HELP!

I seem to be having the same issues, though logs are slightly different (I assume just because using a different broker?) I have 8 signal accounts and 7 can't seem to connect to signal servers. I've restarted my VPS and even tested on a MQL5 hosted VPS, same issues.

The 7 Signals are from different users and brokers so guessing there is an issue on MQL5 server side and just need to wait for them to resolve... hope it's quick because doesn't give me a lot of confidence to have a outage with active trades going.

pausing my vps

Eleni Anna Branou, 2019.07.15 22:31

You can pause your MQL5 VPS server from working, but you can't pause the time in order to save on subscription fees.

Just to add info if it's helpful, I've got 7x MT4 and one MT5 signals only one MT4 is working, rest are confirmed setup right, I've tested on different VPS hosts and with one that wasn't working I migrated to a MQL5 Virtual server and still doesn't connect after that, all synchronization looked good and log still show it's trying to connect every 5 minutes

The VPS is connected to the signal server almost all the times except some minutes or seconds when the broker or the system is making the technical maintenance.

I found two posts of Eleni (this is standard replies but from what I see - those replies/actions were helped many users in same situation for example):

It says "connecting to signal server" but it doesn't ever connect.

Eleni Anna Branou, 2020.03.03 17:20

Restart your MT5 and computer, re-do the signal setup and migrate to your MQL5 VPS again.

vps issue

Eleni Anna Branou, 2019.05.22 00:10

Your MQL5 VPS server is great, don't think that this is your problem!

You have to do the whole procedure again, because you are still not connected to the signal.

Open your MT4 >> Tools >> Options >> Signals, tab, check your settings and then right click on the MQL5 VPS in the Navigator window >> Synchronize signal only.

After that right click on the MQL5 VPS again >> Journals and check for the: synchronization finished succesfully and the: signal enabled, messages.

If they are not there, you haven't done it correctly.
