Can't copy XAUUSD trade from my subscribes

I use MT4 PLATFORM and all trade of my subscriber copeid to my platform else XAUUSD .
PLZ help me to resolve this problem, my subscriber more position is based on XAUUSD and thease not coping to my account.
If your broker doesn't have the same XAUUSD symbol for trading gold, it may not mapped correctly.
