I am trying to open live account and it wont let me choose it. What do I have to do ?

Open an account with a real broker. Metaquotes is not a broker.

click "connect with an existing trade account" fill login and password. make sure you have registered a trading account on the broker's website

First you open a real trading account in your broker's website and then you login with your account credentials in your MT4/5 terminal as Atep suggested already.

Ask your broker for support, but make sure that broker is supporting MT4 or MT5.
