You told the following to all the users here on the forum:
please away from stressing on backing up data.
and I replied to you about how the service desk is dealing with possible bugs (no proofs = no bug; it means: technical proofs which allow the developers to reproduce this possible bug and fix it).
You can check the thread in Russian forum concerning the discussion related to the possible bugs in Metatrader/MetaEditor, and you can look at the replies of the admins/developers.
It is nothing personal.

If you have identified the cause it means you can reproduce it ,capture it and share it.
