Logging into MQL5 from my MT4 terminal

Can anyone help?  Im using MT4 platform and cannot log into my MQL5 account, I have resett the password 4 times already and I can access MQL5 direct no problem, im stuck!

Many users are making one same mistake: they are login using their email instead of normal forum login.
For example, your login is paulmcqueen (it is the login to Community tab in Metatrader (and to this forum as well).

Login into your MQL5 account with your paulmcqueen login and NOT your email.
