Try with bevan.smith, small letters could play some part.

Also restart your computer and terminal and try again, this is a problem on your side, nobody else seems to have a problem migrating right now.

Try on another computer if its possible.

My VPS shows that it’s running, but when I try and sync my Signals, Experts and Charts it says “failed to migrate”

The last time I was able to successfully synchronise was 06 Nov 2020.

Any assistance will be great appreciated! 🙏

Hello Bevan, I had a similar experience in the past and possible reason for this is that your internet speed is Poor and the work environment you are trying to migrate is "heavy" with lots of indicators, EAs, market watch etc

"We recommend that you remove all unnecessary symbols to decrease the tick traffic received by the terminal. There is no point in keeping hundreds of symbols in the "Market Watch" if only a couple of them are used for trading"

So what you can do is 

1. Try getting a faster internet connection likely from 3G and above or you may go to a location with faster internet speed. 

2. When attempting to migrate select only EAs and not entire work environment with symbols and indicators.
