I seem to have a product listed as a purchase which I know absolutely nothing about. The product "<Deleted>" is unknown and of no use use to me.

Nobody could purchase it for you unless you've shared your MQL5 account details with someone.

I have not been to MQL5 for several days. The product supposedly purchased I have no clue what it does or what it is for. 

I have been struggling for some time with a spyware issue either in my phone or my pc. 
I have factory reset my phone and even bought a new pc. I am still having issues with pretty much every account I have. That's all social media, financial, international transfer agencies, even the likes of Microsoft/Netflix.
It is apparent that whatever was installed has been immune to factory resets. It has been a nightmare, and still is on a daily basis. 

I never purchased this product. The only reason I have a credit on MQL5 is because your website was not functioning properly at the time you guys upgraded it.

I have now discovered that I have to visit MQL5 using my laptop because the security on my PC will not allow me to interact financially.  I have cancelled the purchase as for unknown reasons it had a long period in which to pay.
