purchased an indicator and it will not install

ive been surfing all the forums tried everything to get this indicator to instal and it just will not install someone please help me!!!

Did you download this product inside your meta trader ?

Do you see product file name inside market folder in navigator window ?

Most of the times it get fixed by deleting everything in the Comunity folder.

1. Go to File >> Open Data Folder

2. Once you open the data folder go back to the Terminal folder 

3. Delete everything in the Comunity folder

4. Restart MetaTrader and go to the Market section of the terminal and login to your mql5 account then try to install the product inside Purchased tab

Login to MT4 and MT5 Community tab using your forum login and password.
Your login is jayeburns
Sucessful Community tab login shoul be confirmed with Metatrader journal (it should be written there about it).
