Tester: cloud servers switched off - page 2

Hello to all ! I have the same issue but this time when I attemp to migrate all my EA and graphs to the VPS.  It just does not migrate and sends the message " Tester    Cloud servers switched off".  To be honest I am not really in the tester ? to make matter worse the technical support of metaquotes it not working and when I request technical assistance it does not open any window or email.  Any help would be appreciated

Check other messages in the journal that come before and after 'cloud servers switched off'. They will tell you the reason why it has been switched off.

Provide the log here.

Is it about MQL5 VPS?
If yes so make sure that you passed everythig related it to the following:

Suddenly last night around 00:00 UTC  9/30/2024 MT5 optimizer quit working on all 3 of my computers

Giving messages  " wrong timeframe request in Open Prices Mode"  &/or "cloud servers switched off"

This began at approximately the same time on 3 different machines with 3 different demo accounts.

MT5 is still running in real time

Any thoughts?

Is there a way to reach out to MT5 to determine if this is system wide?

I just remembered all the machines did an update to MT5 when started 9/28/2024

Can anyone tell what finally happened? Because now it is happening again. I checked and is just one message.
Yesterday everything was fine when I finished, today I turned on my computer and it doesn't work.

I didn't change anything at all and I have different dates.

Metaquotes plataform temporal problems maybe ?

Fixed alone. It was a metaquotes plataform.
