Cannot install purchased indicator

I have purchased an indicator that cannot be installed no matter how many times I click on the blue install button.  I have restarted, made sure I have latest explorer, etc.  Nothing works.

What happen when you press on install button ?

Other way is to open market tab in meta trader, search product name, press orange download button and then attach it on chart by find it inside Navigator/Market folder.

Make sure -

• that you have Internet Explorer the latest version installed on your PC (I am having version 11);
• that you are using the latest build of Metatrader,
• that you are login to Community folder using your login - not your email (your login is tbstrouse).
• that your password is less than 10 characters (if your password is 10 or more characters - change this password; read this thread for information).
