If you make your signal public, anyone can subscribe, you can't exclude any members.

If my signal is private, no one can subscribe, right?

Also, is there a minimum number of trades a signal provider has to make in that month?

Yes, no one can subscribe to a private signal.

I don't think there is a minimum of trades per month, but if you perform less than 1 trade every 6 days, the signal may not be rated.
