How to buy EA from Market

Dear All, please kindly advise how to buy EA from this market? So far I have tried many times use my CC but always decline if buy from this web, but if I buy from different web such as ebay etc my CC always successfully debited. thanks.

• go to your Metatrader in Community tab, and filled this tab with your forum login and forum password (your forum login is mochamadarif);
• after that - deposit money to your mql5 forum profile, and use this money to buy EA from the Market;
• abd buy EA from the Market directly from your Metatrader's Market tab.

As to your CC (CC is Vis/Master card, right) so it is related to payment systems (payment systems here and your bank's payment systems).
