Broker mistook leverage, now I am out rank cause mql5 says 1:5000

Broker mistook leverage and I don't know why and how, now I am out rank since 24hours cause mql5 says 1:5000


but my account (Jo ch AIS Nikitina Ivetta) leverage setup is 1:500. Can you please reprocess it?

 
Is there anybody?
 
write to the service desk (and write to the broker to confirm this 1:5000) ... or wait for tomorrow when the main stats will be refreshed/recalculated for example (it may be fixed by itself).
