There is no other solution other than not to use an EA that utilises DLLs.

Simply don't use a MQL5 vps if your ea uses DLLs. There are plenty of other vps solutions out there,most brokers offers their clients a free vps with some sort of terms and conditions attached to them or just use a search engine.
