looking for script/EA that auto marks (horizontal lines) on MT4 at specified levels

Hi there, i'm looking for something that will auto mark every quarter of a cent on a chart e.g. click a button on a script to auto mark

e.g. eurusd at 1.18, 1.1825, 1.1850, 1.18750 and so forth for a 200 pip range of current price (100pips up and 100pips down) e.g if current price is 1.18 i would be looking for 1.17, 1.1725, 1.1750, 1.1775, 1.18, 1.1825, 1.185, 1.1875, 1.19

also looking more specifcally for something that will draw horizontal lines at dedicated values e.g preset every .0, .2, .5, .8 which would look like 1.17, 1.172, 1.175, 1.178, 1.18, 1.182, 1.185, 1.188, 1.19

would love if somebody could forward me a script/ea that already exists for this, thankyou!
