Suggest Few Books to learn MQL5 Programming

I started with MQL5 reference and this website. These are already the best but all went above me as i didn't know the basics, even though i know few other programming languages but they were of no help in understanding the concept.

After wasting about an year , i got my hands on a book for EA prog by andrew young. The book is good for me in explaining basics but the only prob being that it was of 2013 and has few imp concepts missing like TRADE_ACTION_CLOSE_BY fn and few others. My broker hedges orders when i run sample EA's from the book and few other minor outdated things

So pls suggest some good books. 1.Good Writers 2.New Publication Available 3.PDF's easily Available online.
