The service desk people are the Metatrader developers, and they are estimating their own priority for the tickets.
So, we never know how many days we should wait for reply because of that.
For example:
If your profile/account were banned before and if you can not participate in the signal service because of that (if you are still banned on the signal service by the service desk on open new signal) so it will not be high priority ticket for the service desk.
So, you should wait.
