i have copied a new signal to my account recently 

but i dont know if its working !!

how to know that all the settings and connection to signal are good ?

since the signal color is yellow , so what that means

You can check the procedure about how to subscribe (just in case you missed something), and check the log files to know about everything (possible errors or not, etc) -

all is good and seemed there is no error 

just need to know , the icon is in yellow , isnt should be in green ?

No, signal subscriptions are always yellow, you confuse it with the yellow real account and the green demo account colors.
