VPS not Migrating

Downloaded EA and paid MQL5 for 3month VPS however the Migrate icon is not activated. Any advice welcome

Make sure that you login to Community tab in Metatrader with your forum login/pass (not your forum email).
And you should have Internet Explorer the latest version installed on your computer (I am having version 11).
