No, you can only use arbitration, but this will take a while.

Hi guys. I had a freelance order that went into arbitration after the developer stopped replying for about 2 weeks. After it went into arbitration they replied saying they were ill and asked for me to give them until the end of last Friday to deliver it, which they weren't able to. I then gave it until Wednesday and regularly messaged them but there was no reply, so I had decided to cancel the job. What I didn't realize was that it waits for the developer to accept the proposal of cancelling the job also, which means I may be stuck waiting for God knows how long. So is there any way of force cancelling the job so I can free up the funds to start a new job request on the freelance section?
