Rented indicator for wrong platform

I am not seeing my post so I have to send this again. I rented an indicator for metatrader 5 instead of metatrader 4, how can this be resolved? Thanks

hello I have a purchase that I was not able to access when I first purchased it is now locked on my account. can I have that purchase refunded...
