New Mega Windows 10 UpDate 26 June 2020

Hi all, due to the latest Windows 10 update my MetaCOT has stopped working "due to the update which affects configurations and encryption keys similar to the installation of a new Windows to protect Market products, the MetaTrader platform uses binding to the operating system and the hardware of the computer on which it is installed". I am not a techi and got this info from https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/343011 
Do I have to re-install the MetaCOT or is there a much easier solution?? would be grateful for any guidance, many thanks.

As it is written on this announcement (https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/343011) - you will need to activate the Market products once again after this Windows update (means: you will need to spend additional activation).

I am also planning to do the latest update to my Windows 10, but I think this is not an easy task. I saw a post last year about the damage caused by the Windows 10 update.
