Problem with rental EA

I paid for the EA rental for a month, but it is not possible to download the relevant EA in MT4.

Log the relevant terminal into MQL5 community and take it from the toolbox/market.

Of course I know I have to do that. EA will also appear there for download, but after clicking the download button, nothing will happen - repeatedly, even in other accounts.

Login into your MQL5 account in MT4 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your: mahotrade username (not your email) and go down to the Market tab in the Terminal window to install your purchase.
