Probably for the hardware upgrade they did.

They still haven't answered me back yet...

 I'm wondering if I should transfer money out before it all disappears...

 

What I assume happened, is their database rolled back to a previous checkpoint. I certainly hope they can fix this issue.

i hope so too. They havent answered me too. I also lost agents passes. My Program is telling me that i have around 15000 passes but in my achievements Are just around 5000 listed

I just logged in today too, I fortunately withdraw my $$ on Friday, and thought that was why my Rating dropped by about 10 points.  I wonder if the switch to new hardware brought with it a a bit of a rollback in terms of data ?
