i just set up a demo accounting and am stuck on waiting for updates and i cant add any chart please help i already logged in

• Close open charts and open them once again;
• check internet connection;
• open the other demo account with the other broker.

It's been a long time since someone reported "Waiting for update."

1. According to IBFX, open market watch (Control+M) drag the symbol to the chart. Init() probably would fire.

2. On some brokers demo accounts expire after several weeks, need to reopen periodically.

3. On MT4 try closing the terminal and delete «data folder»\..\config\terminal.ini You'll lose the placement of any open charts.

Otherwise, backup your data, uninstall the terminal, delete the data directory, reinstall.
