This is a demo/free signal and I don't see a problem with it.

Maybe its a FIFO signal and you are trying with a non-FIFO account.

 

As far as I see from your signal page: the users with demo account can subscribe ("demo" signals are available for demo account subscription only; it is not available for real/live account subscription).

Demo account can subscribe to "demo" signals and to "real" signals, and real account to "real" signals
