I just need to upload onto cloud my charts and indicators, no EA. And get notifications from one indicator only.
OK then, attach your indicators onto your charts, click the Auto Trading button and synchronize with your MQL5 VPS (as long as they don't require DLL).

More from VPS Rules -Charts with non-standard timeframes and symbols are not moved. Charts having no launched Expert Advisors are not moved as well.
Charts with no EA attached will not be migrated (I did not check it but I found it on VPS rules).
He needs EA attached to the chart anyway.
Besides, it is not clear about how indicator will work on VPS ... because if indicator needs dll ... and some indicators (which are sending alerts to the phone etc) need dll .. so it will not work .. anyway - he can try ..
