you can see Experts, Journal, Trade .... Etc

but there is no signal

can I add it?

Unfortunately some brokers don't allow you to subscribe to signals so you won't see the signal tab.

Sorry, I don't know of any actual list that will tell you which brokers allow signal trading. But here's an idea. Go to the webpage of any of the very popular signals - we're not allowed to mention actual signals here but I'm sure you can find one yourself :) Then go to the "Slippage" tab. That will show you a whole list of brokers that people are using to subscribe. That should get you heading in the right direction.
 
If its enabled from broker side then i suggest to update the latest version of Internet Explorer and reboot your system
