i have problem to withdraw my earning

hi,i am user number 3152045, since june 2019 i cant withdraw my earning.
problem is,,when i registered as a seller here i,m using different phone number than i use today.unfortunately my old phone number that i used as a first time register already out of service as the company is not operate anymore.(coverage problems)
i have already raise this problem to the service desk ..they asked me to send my selfie photo and other thing they mya requires..until now i cant reset my old phone number to a new one.
can someone here please to fix this problem?tq
