Hi, I bought an EA for $ 2000 just before Windows Update. after the update I had to reactivate the EA. No additional activation was credited to me. The answer from support doesn't really help me. What should I do now?

Loose Activation because of Windows Update last Week, dont get new, why?????

You will get your activations when the MetaQuotes will add additional activations to all the users (in case you lost your activations with the latest Windows 10 update).

I provided all the information which I know.

 
i think i figured it out. After 2 weeks, my Windows10 server noticed that there was still an update from May 2020 pending and installed it. that was my bad luck
