OANDA Orderbook EA not working on MT4

I will move this topic to the MQL4 and Metatrader 4 section.
Here is some more info on this issue. After the failure of the Orderbook EA, I looked at the Experts tab and the error message says "cannot open file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\OANDA - MetaTrader\MQL4\Experts\OANDA_Orderbook2.ex4' [2]".
The filename and location string is correct, but since I am running Linux, the '\' and spaces might be the problem, although the MACD and Moving Average EA's are in the same location and work fine. I wish I had the MQ4 file for this EA so that I could edit it, but the download only offered the executable EX4 file.
Any suggestions for a fix would be greatly appreciated.

I recently downloaded the OANDA_Orderbook2.ex4 Expert Advisor program in MT4, but it immediately shuts the application down when I enable the "Allow import DLLs" setting (for the required v20-fxlabs.dll file). I read through the installation instructions provided in OANDA's guide, and did everything it said, but no joy. If i try to restart MT4, it immediately shuts down again. I have to remove the executable from the Expert (Advisors) folder before I can get MT4 back. I tried getting technical help from OANDA, but since I am running Linux, they say they cannot help me. I should mention that all my other indicators including a MACD EA work fine.
Anybody else have this problem? I'd appreciate some help.
