How do I activate a product on MT4 that I purchased from the market?

Hi,

I was told to activate the product in terminal after logging in, but once I did that I do not see where to activate the product.  This may have been answered here on the forum, but haven't purchased from market before.  How do I actually activate the product?

Login into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab.

Then down in the Terminal/Toolbox window, click the Market tab and then the Purchased option on the left side.

Finally click the blue Install button on the far right of the purchase you want to Install.

I see the install button, but when I click on it, nothing happens.   Shouldn't it show up in my Navigator section once I select Install?

Do you see "product is purchased but not install yet" warn.

Yes, I have logged in, I am able to login to see my profile, etc, but not sure why the product won't let me activate.  Is it necessary to restart MT4?

Thanks, I will try that, but looks like that is for windows10, I don't have 10, still have 7.  I appreciate your help.  I restarted with no success, I am waiting on developer to reply.   Thanks
