Bro, I dont have alot of money to burn.. I trusted this website has some customer focus but it seems its not customer focussed and it allows for scammers to runn freely on this site. Just like Facebook has a responsibility to the public MQL5 has a responsibility to ensure good people stay and the cummunity is well protected. we are not perfect how we do things as people with good intention trust. your logic to this arguement is weak . there should be customer focus. and there should be a moderating of programmers with poor code and selling something that is dodgy .. This gy is striked out anyway so you should stop the payment going to his account. I'm seriously thinking of going to a company that actually has customer focus on their mind. as muchas this app is a good app its also poor in customer focussed service.

MQ is checking of the products of the selles to be according of the following -

• they are checking about the following: will EA opens the trade in general, do the seller inserted some codes to protect the possible customers, and will "this indicator" to be appeared on the chart after you buy it.

That's all!

Any others are related to your believing, such as:

• your seller is your "mother father sister brother" ..or you know him/her on the based of this forum, or any ..
  
• or you sent your money based your personal desire, or based on the description of the product, or based on the backtesting of this product (which all are fake reason to send money to anyone).

My expensive experience is not to buy EAs from MT5. It is becoming a practice for developers there to tamper with the backtest, and the live signals (there are different ways to do both of these) , such that one is mislead by the quality of the EAs. I presume some EAs may be good, but it is costly to sort out which ones. Many of these EAs, by faking results are falling into false advertisement, which in some countries is illegal, and given the amount of people that fall for that, it is only matter of time before some governmental organization gets on it. I love mql5, and I believe the selling of EAs is exposing them to unnecessary liability.

What they should do is create a system, in which on invest on the EA, and the developers gets some of the profit. That way, when one is to put money into this it could be based on real results.

• If you bought the product from your friend or from your relative or from very active users on this forum so you can fix anything related with the sellers who are responsible about what they are selling (and because you both know each other for the long time).
• But if you bought something from "anyone" just because you have a lot of money so - sorry: it is your risk, and this risk can not be turned to anyone else.

There is one rule which some people follow:
subscribe to the signal or create an order in Freelance or purchase the product from the user/seller/coder/provider you know in person or you know by activity on the forum.

Because if you purchased something so I may ask:
"Do you know the seller in person, or you are familiar with him on this forum?"
If you say: "Not" so it will be very strange case for me ...

Just my optinion.

There are a lot of professional and honest users/coders on the forum, and some of them are very active on this forum helping to the other people and replying on the forum posts/requests.

Always choose the person you know in this forum (who is very active here), and you will have less problems with anything.

I understand your point, and I can see one buying from a few people one has worked before. The problem, and sort of unfairness, of this approach is that it will make it very hard for new honest developers to penetrate the market; no many people may know them, but they may still have a great product.

Recently, I sow a bussiness model in another company, in which users could subscribe to signals, but the payment was a proportion of the profits. Very good EAs with a good track record were making a great deal, and were ranked high, which further allow people to get access to a trully/ground tested product.

When the people lost money with this "business model EAs/signals" so they will not tell about "hi guys, we did mistake with selection of wrong seller/provider" ... they will turn their risk/responsibility to someone else ... so it is the life sorry.

This Market and the signals are just the service only. It means: if you want to buy something from your friends so you can do it by using this Market.
