How do I change my phone number when I don't have the old number?
How do I contact support?

 

You can contact the Service Desk from "Contacts and request" at the bottom of this page.

If you don't have an old number, maybe they will say "Send us a picture of you in which you have a document proving that you are yourself.".
 
Change your title to something intelligible and others may try to answer. "Need help" is like "doesn't work." "Doesn't work" is meaningless — just like saying the car doesn't work. Doesn't start, won't go in gear, no electrical, missing the key, flat tires — meaningless.
