After being emailed the recovery password, it is suggested to change that password. I looked in Settings (where I suspected) to see

the -"change your password option" and did not. So how do I go about changing the password after receiving the mlq5 password that needs to be changed?

Profile → Settings → Security → Change password (click on "Change password" at the very end of the page, for the sub-form to open)
