array out of range meanwhile working with multi currency icustom indicator - page 2

honestly I got not idea how to write this code, I opened as a job on freelance but I did not get answer from serious programmers, the programmer that made my EA says

"Herrcrowley_for_master_nc"

and another indicators used to build this indicator have to be modified too because multicurrency does not work in the way I tried, do you have any suggestion what to do? sorry if this is annoying.
