Stuck in Read only on MT5

The account is logged in with investor/read only password.
You can't trade with investor password, you can only monitor this account.
Discussion about brokers is not allowed in this forum.

Hi guys,
So i set up an account with a broker earlier and logged into the MT5 iphone app and linked them. I have been unable to purchase anything as there is no option to trade! I spoke to my broker and they said everything looks fine but then noticed the account is on read only. I haven't logged in with the read only password, only the password i created when i originally made my account. Any suggestions on how to fix this? My broker XM, have passed this onto a different department and i'm awaiting a response from them but they seemed confused by the situation.
