Who is logged into my Mt4 account? 

Is there any way for me to be able to see how many devices are logged onto my mt4 account?

Or to see who else has had access to my mt4 account apart from me

I don't think there is a way to monitor active or previous session for your trading account.

The only other who could have access to your account would be someone with whom you shared your account's credentials.

First hard lesson you should learn - Never ever share your account credentials with anyone! If....well guess what, now you are in that situation....
